Forget rigid hotel ballrooms and scripted schedules—at Jubilee Camping, the countryside is your canvas. Our outdoor venue in Damerham, on the Hampshire/Dorset border, invites you to host your celebration surrounded by ancient trees, open fields, and big skies. From heartfelt handfastings in the woods to barefoot dances on the grass, our setting offers an organic, soul-stirring backdrop for alternative weddings, ceremonies, and gatherings.
We are perfect for celebrant-led ceremonies filled with freedom, joy, and authenticity.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

We have 2 options for venue hire: either hire just 1 of the 3 campsite fields, whilst the remaining campsite is open to the public. This gives you approx. 5 acres of your own space, but is perfect for an event on a smaller budget. Or hire the entire campsite, giving you sole use of all the facilities, and 25 acres of open fields as well as an area of enchanting ancient woodland as your venue backdrop. You also get free use of our 'Hobbit House' BBQ Hut, which seats up to 15 people.

Some events may require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for music and entertainment. We apply on your behalf, but local authorities have the final say.

A few more important details:

Max site capacity: Shared Campsite: 100 people, 25 tents. Whole Venue: 400 people, 100 tents
Quiet time (shared campsite): 10 PM
Quiet time (whole venue): 11 PM
Fire pits allowed, marshmallow roasting encouraged
Respect for other campers is essential in shared hire

Mid-week Venue Hire

Duration: Min. 1 night. Arrive between Monday and Wednesday, vacating no later than Thursday.
Private hire, either a 5-acre field (within an open campsite), or the entire campsite venue
Panoramic views and beautiful sunsets
Space for marquee(s), parking, and guest tent pitches
Showers and Toilets available: shared with other campers if you hire 1 field, or exclusively yours if you hire the whole site
Suggested: Hire additional portable toilets if you wish
On site catering options can be discussed
If you want a bar, the on-site Shepherd's Hut Bar must be used
Special drink requests are welcome
Catering and bar are charged separately from venue hire
1 Field: £500/night
Entire Venue £1500/night

Duration: 2 nights; Friday to Sunday
Private hire, either a 5-acre field (within an open campsite), or the entire campsite venue
Panoramic views and beautiful sunsets
Space for marquee(s), parking, and guest tent pitches
Showers and Toilets available: shared with other campers if you hire 1 field, or exclusively yours if you hire the whole site
Suggested: Hire additional portable toilets if you wish

Just got home after a lovely 2 days at this family-run campsite. Everyone was very welcoming. Lovely bar and food area, clean facilities, and to top it off, pizza night was great, it was delicious 😋
